We ship all items within 3-5 business days after the payment is received. processing times are not delivery estimates, processing is when I make and package orders, shipment is after the 3-5 business days. please understand that processing and delivery times are two separate things.

please allow up to two weeks from date of purchase for your delivery.*

*International orders can take from 2-4 weeks, depending on where you live overseas. We ship all international orders using first-class mail.

We personally guarantee delivery on every package that we ship.
If you have not received your package within four weeks of ship date please contact us and we will make sure to do everything possible to make sure you get your package.

Please contact me FIRST if there is a problem with your order, I am very willing to work things out.

items that aren't received but were scanned as delivered will need a claim filed at your local post office before I can resend the item.
